First trip with this rucksack. The material is good quality and no issues with the stitching or anything but if you're a small framed (85cm waist) person like I am, the hip belt doesn't add support to help carry the load - it's loose even at it's tightest setting. Same with the shoulder straps too. I would like to raise them higher so that the backpack sits higher on my back, but it sags a little. This is designed for medium + built people. Also, if you're purchasing this for the day pack, it is quite small. It feels like a elementary school child's backpack. The daypack does have a sleeve for a tablet/ipad which is nice and is good for carrying beverages/snacks and some additional things for your day trip but it feels rather small. And if you're a large built person, you might find putting it on difficult. Also, you have to remove the day pack to access the contents of the rucksack from the front/back (whatever you want to call it) instead of from the top. The material looks good, however this is for very novice hikers and campers. Despite the fact that it claims that it has an internal frame it doesn't have an internal frame it has a cardboard. That means that unless the bag is fully packed there is a high probability that the card board will break. Looks good, feels good but quite a misleading title and description for the products.
