Un jour nous avons vu eu un problème l’air n’était plus rafraichit, apres vérification c'était par l’appareil dans le bac avait été débranché. Une fois l’appareil rebranché (puis le mode humidificateur enclenché - optionnel), tout est rentré dans l’ordre. On reçoit un vrai brise fraiche c’est vraiment agréable . Purchased this product to keep my guinea pigs cool on hot days. Does the job nicely. Air conditioners are more effective but cost a lot more to run. It's quite a big unit but easy use and does what's needed. Using the ice packs to further cool the air also works and it has a long run time when the water tank is filled. Bought this AC unit for our son who is a ranger for the NPS. It’s been a very hot summer even for the mountain west. However this unit was clutch for making conditions right in his cabin. It would easily cool down his cabin within minutes of coming home and turning it on (with these old cabins w old wiring he dared not leave it on and unattended during the day) despite his cabin being in full afternoon sun, he was quite comfortable in the evenings.
