I was so pleasantly surprised on the effect I noticed with using Gua Sha after just three days. Not only did my face de-puff pretty quickly, my jaw muscles were so much more relaxed. I grind my teeth at night and use a mouth guard to help jaw pain but gua sha helped too - I still need the mouthguard at night - but the gua sha helped a lot to relax my jaw muscles and the tension around my eyes!! Also, please note, since this is stainless steel this gua sha tool can go in the dishwasher and I use alcohol swabs after each use. The hygienic component of this product is amazing! If you are into natural holistic practices try stainless steel tongue scrappers. They are also dishwasher safe and can tolerate alcohol swabs. The gua sha holder can also go un the dishwasher. This product is fairly easy to use. My only complaint is that it is hard to grip while your hands are oily. The scraping portion of the tool really gets into the tough spots as well as the pressure point one. I initially used a face guasha to massage my neck but since getting this product I will never go back!!
