Love konjac jelly (different brand). Eat 1-2 pouches everyday. Awesome fiber source. Great prebiotic fiber with tons of health benefits overall but this one is not quite sweet enough for me and has some harder chunks that are supposed to make it a chewier texture. I squeezed it into my zero calorie water beverage and bingo…now it’s awesome! So while not a fan straight from the pouch, mixed with a drink it is quite good. And only 1 calorie! Read more

This konjac jelly is really delicious. I tried many different brands of konjac jelly, and this was the best of them. The texture of the jelly is so good and it's so good to use as a snack. I was full enough even if I ate just one, so I’ve having one before dinner and used it for a my diet. And it was very helpful. I’ve trying it for 2wks now and I lost 5lb.
