Good sound and lots of EQ options with the app. I usually only wear these at home so I can't comment on the ANC outdoors, but sitting at home with these on I can barely hear any other noises. The battery is great and I love being able to connect to multiple devices at once. I've used this for calls for work meetings as well and I'm told the voice quality is good when people hear me speak. My major gripe is the build quality. The brushed aluminum headband feels sturdy but everything else is plastic. The left ear in particular makes this squeaking noise every time I move my head or jaw. I'm not sure how long these things will last under daily use. This is my first Anker headset and while the price was good and I am not sure how these would stand up to more premium headphones, or what kind of lifespan I will get out of these. If you do travel with these, the included case feels good and should do a good job of keeping your headphones safe. EDIT: April 25th, 2025 - Anker reached out unprovoked and offered to send me a new headset. The new unit does not have the squeaking like the original, sounding like it's about to break any moment. Es difícil encontrar un auricular hoy día la verdad. Mil reviews (muchas de ellas pagadas con el producto gratis), y mil modelos tanto de bluetooth como de cable. En el audio el más dinero suele ir relacionado con el mejor calidad. Por eso si no podemos en ese momento o no nos apetece comprar algo demasiado caro, la amplitud de modelos a elegir no se reduce. Esta reseña parte de la base de que un auricular bluetooth jamás nos dará la calidad de audio de uno con cable por muy bueno o avanzado que sea el codec que utilice. En base a eso, en Internet hay un modelo en el que la mayoría de los compradores (o reseñadores de pago) están de acuerdo, Soundcore Life Q30. Después de la tralla que os he dado, al turrón, puntualizaré lo que quiero destacar: - Audio, graves, muchísimos graves. Olvidaos de la respuesta plana (cosa que yo prefiero y me encanta) o de predominancia de agudos. Soundcore le da mucha presencia de graves a este modelo sea el perfil que sea el que elijamos en la ecualización. Por supuesto indagando un poco por la red encontraremos la ecualización perfecta para obtener un sonido HiFi (con las diferencia existentes al no tener codec LDAC el cual sólo está en su hermano mayor de 100€, el Q35). La pongo al final de la reseña. Es por ello que evitad los comentarios en los que ponen pegas al producto por su graves. Se pueden reducir muchísimo y una de las gracias que tiene el producto es la personalización en su sonido. ¿Y por qué me quedo con el modelo si hay que afinar tanto la ecualización? Seguid leyendo. - Ecualizador, como comenté antes, gracias a él mismo podemos aumentar agudos, hacer más plano el sonido, potenciar graves (más aún de como vienen de fábrica), etc, una virguería. - Cancelación de sonido. Las cosas claras, no son los Sony XM3 o XM4, que no os engañen, pero por 59.95€ no existe nada igual en el mercado. El ANC funciona sorprendentemente bien y con gran calidad respecto al audio, por lo que no lo empeora. - Comodidad, todos los auriculares de diadema meten calor en la orejas, ya sea por la piel sintética o por la tela si es el caso. En verano todos nos dará calor, en invierno lógicamente menos. Una vez obviado esto las espumas parecen foam blandito que se adaptan a la cabeza super bien y no te enteras apenas que los llevas puesto, un 10 por el fabricante la verdad. - Bolsa de almacenaje, aquí no me ha gustado nada lo que ha hecho Soundcore. En las reviews del producto venía una bolsa distinta a la que están dando ahora. Antes tenía la forma de los auriculares en una especie de foam y con un bolsillo para los cables, ahora (ved foto adjunta) no es así y no hay bolsillo para los cables sino un bolsito que se cierra. Muy mal, de hecho les he escrito para comentarles el detalle, a ver qué me dicen. - Cable, el audio por cable es normalito, no son unos Audio Technica ni unos Beyerdynamics, da tanta calidad como por bluetooth pero sólo ellos lo saben, en la última actualización 2.30 se han cargado el ANC con la conexión cableada. Espero que lo solucionen. En resumen, no hay nada mejor por 60 euros, así de simple. Puedes probar 100 marcas, pero es que ni los Sony bluetooth de 30/50 euros se acercan a la personalización de sonido o al ANC que tienen los Q30. Reconozco que me desencanté mucho al ponerlos en funcionamiento y ver tantos graves, pero cuando consigues ecualizarlos, son una delicia. Comme le titre l'indique, il sera difficile de faire un casque d'aussi bonne qualité pour aussi peu cher. Niveau son et fonctionnalité : Très bon, je suis étonnement surpris de la qualité de l'audio. Toutefois, pour ce qui est de l'ANC, on remarque une baisse de qualité du son lorsque l'on passe en mode réduction de bruit - ou encore en mode transparence- . En revanche, pour 80euros, il sera difficile de faire mieux. Par ailleurs, pour ce qui se demanderait, non ça n'a rien à voir avec la qualité d'ANC du dernier Sony qui quant à lui, isole parfaitement. Pour ce qui est du mode transparence, on peut l'activer en plaçant sa main sur le côté du casque, petite fonctionnalité tactile très appréciable. Niveau finition : Le casque est très bien fini, il renvoie une image haut de gamme dans son ensemble avec une jolie barre brossée joignant les deux oreillettes. Le seul petit bémol serait au niveau de l'aspect des boutons qui sonnent quand on appuie dessus vraiment " mauvais plastique". Aussi, la petite housse de transport fournit avec le casque est de bonne qualité, petit détail sympathique qui fait vraiment plaisir. Je n'ai aucune peur en le transportant dans mon sac de cours, parfois bien chargé. Confort : J'ai une grosse tête, pourtant, aucun problème de confort, je ne suis pas serré. En revanche, le casque tient légèrement chaud quand on le porte trop longtemps, c'est normal, les mousses d'oreillettes sont recouvertes de similicuir. Mousse qui par ailleurs semble être a mémoire de forme. First near HiFi wireless Headphones for me, they do sound good powered from my phone via Bluetooth. The noise cancelling work wells, some say you can get better. I wore these on the Piccadilly underground in London just to protect my ears from the squeeling noise, it worked well even without music or a podcast playing. The handy app on the phone is good also. BTRange is good battery life very good. Now the downside, as most new electronic gadgets have small buttons to switch on/off, find press and hold ........ Hold keep holding off or on, why can't we have a switch instead of a press and hold button? I find the ear muffs a bit too small. The head band does flop about a bit and can move. Not too heavy I don't like the button press sounds, bit annoying. Music is very good sound quality, I like that, bass maybe not too deep, I can hear the depth of the music, like I said near very good hifi sound. Buy them if you walk around in public and enjoy your music to a high quality with good noise cancelling. The best part is the price really good value. Now who wants mega expensive headphones whilst out and about in dodgy areas that they could be easily snatched and nicked? Phone calls are very good, no one has complained yet, so good for chatting. Then Save your money on these to buy some really expensive wired hifi ones for late night listening at home through a decent amp, forget MP3, listen to CD or hi res streamed music. Tytułem wstępu - w swojej recenzji odniosę się do słuchawek sony wh 1000xm5 oraz airpods pro (dla kontekstu sony kosztował 1600, air podsy 1000, a te 269 zł). Te słuchawki zamówiłem przez amazona i dotarły do mnie kurierem w mniej niż 48h - były to moje pierwsze zakupy ogólnie jestem bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczony realizacją zamówienia. Co do samych słuchawek. Opakowanie, kable do ładowania, etui poziom apple - za tę cenę nie spodziewałem się takiego standardu, poziom premium. Słuchawki leżą na głowie lepiej niż sony, są w zasadzie nieodczuwalne na głowie / uszach. Dźwięk w porównaniu do sony czy airpodsów jest dla mnie taki sam - nie jestem audiofilem, słuchawek używam do grania i rozmów, więc może coś mi umknęło. Wygłuszanie pasywne troszeczkę gorsze od tego, co proponuje sony - tam się czuło trochę jak w klatce, co ma w sumie dobre strony przy głośnym domu. Noise cancelling, czyli w sumie to co mi najbardziej zależało uważam troszeczkę za gorszy od sony, ale te troszeczkę gdyby przełożyć na procenty to może max 10% różnicy (miałem możliwość testowania w tym samym czasie wszystkich 3 produktów w tych samych warunkach). Łączność przez bluetootha jest trochę dziwna, bo w moim przypadku wymagała wyłączenia i włączenia słuchawek ponownie - może robie coś źle. Przyznać jednak muszę, że przełączanie pomiędzy sprzętami np iphone, a mac air lub tv lg, a iphone jest znacznie lepsza niz sony, nie tak perfekcyjna jak w apple, ale znacznie lepsze. Dźwięk podczas rozmów jest bardzo nienatualny. O ile nie miałem żadnego problemu z głosem przychodzacym to wychodzący słyszane przez słuchawki był nie naturalny. Probowałem podczas kilku rozmów przełączać noise canceling pomiędzy ich 3 tryby, ale dalej był on trochę zniekształcony w porównaniu do sony czy apple. Może tak już jest, a może to po prostu moje odczucia Słuchawki kupiłem głównie do grania na konsoli, sporadycznie też do okazjonalnych rozmów. W swojej recenzji absolutnie nie biorę pod uwagę muzykę, choć w mojej opinii nie zauważyłem różnic ze słuchawkami znacznie droższymi. Biorąc pod uwagę wszystkie plusy i minusy oraz ofertę znacznie droższej konkurencji uważam, że był to bardzo dobry zakup. Tous les avis que j’ai consultés mettaient en avant son confort et la qualité sonore, même face à des modèles bien plus chers. Je ne peux qu’approuver : ce casque est tout simplement parfait pour son prix. (52 euros au moment de l'achat). + Confort remarquable Le casque est léger et très agréable à porter. Les coussinets sont doux et ne gênent absolument pas les oreilles, même lors de longues sessions d’utilisation. + Qualité sonore impressionnante Le son est clair, équilibré et agréable, même si je ne suis pas experte pour juger des détails. Grâce à l’application Soundcore, on peut facilement personnaliser l’écoute selon ses préférences, ce qui est un vrai plus. + Réduction de bruit et mode transparent efficaces Bien que la réduction de bruit n’était pas une priorité pour moi, j’ai été bluffée par son efficacité. Qualidade sonora impecável, com um ótimo aplicativo possuindo boas funcionalidades para os diferentes modos do fone, embora tive alguns problemas de falhas de conectividade com o app, porém nada grosseiro. O fone possui ANC excelente, utilizo dentro do ônibus voltando do trabalho e quando estou com a música ligada simplesmente não escuto nenhum barulho de motor ou da estrada, consigo mergulhar na música e até dormir com mais tranquilidade em viagens. Também me agradou muito o equalizador disponível no aplicativo. Produto compacto e de boa qualidade de construção, acredito que com o devido cuidado irá durar muito tempo. [I've edited this review after some time spent with the headphones] At first, being used to very neutral/transparent headphones, I got very shocked by the loudness of the low end on these. I'm still using an external software to adjust the equalization as the low end is too pronounced for my taste and seems overly present even for electronic music - I wish this feature was reduced in the future, or that an option to natively control it was given to the user. However, after two weeks of using, I noted several points that are very positive, which leads me to give a five-star review : - The headphones are really confortable and can be worn all day without fatigue. - The overall quality of sound (minus the bass being too present) is excellent for an item at this price (currently 7k). - The noise cancellation feature is quite weak in the treble, but works well with the mids and lows, and gives a lot of confort even without playing music when in noisy environments. - The battery life, and especially the fast charge, are great. It really behaves as advertised. For someone like me who struggles with charging his devices other than last minute, I'm over the moon with the ability to plug it for a few minutes and get a decent lifespan, enough to do a normal commute or fall asleep to music for example. That's really a gamechanger from other BT headphones I had before - The customer service is excellent and very reactive. I must say that for a product priced so competitively, I didn't not expect this quality of service. Estaba buscando unos audífonos inalámbricos que fueran cómodos, con buena calidad de sonido y, sobre todo, que tuvieran cancelación activa de ruido, y los Soundcore Anker Life Q30 han cumplido con todo lo que esperaba y más. Primero, la cancelación activa de ruido es impresionante. Puedes elegir entre tres modos: transporte, exterior e interior, lo cual es muy útil dependiendo de dónde estés. So, basically, the Q20 is amazingly cheap and works extremely well. But, I got the chance to select a Christmas present and I chose the Q30 as an upgrade. I was totally happy with the Q20 and it works very well. Would the Q30 be worth 40% more in price? One thing on the plus side was a $15 off coupon. Okay, so, the price is just about negligible. Blown away by the upgrade? ...no. Having an EQ is nice and the app EQ is accurate so, plus 1. The sound quality, as in music fidelity, is "slightly better" and I mean, slightly. If the scale is 100 then Q20 is 93 and Q30 is 95. I was expecting to be blown away by much better noise cancellation and, honestly? It's not bad but, I think the Q20 has better NC and it being on is more obvious. Comfort is EXACTLY the same. Build is heavier and more sturdy in the Q30. I find the adjustment determination on the headset of the Q30 to stay put much better, and this, I enjoy. I mostly use my headset to learn Spanish so, the voice must be exceptional clear. With the Podcast EQ on, I get better performance on the Q30, yes. So, was it worth the extra money with the discount? YES! Very much. What if I paid full retail? I’d feel more 3–4 stars about that. [packaging] Basic packaging. When you open the box, you are immediately presented with the case and manual. [inside content] Comes with a nice round-shaped case. The headphones and cables are inside of the case. They give you a pouch for putting in the charging and aux cable. I would have preferred if there was a dedicated compartment for putting in the cables. Also, it's a bit awkward to put the headphones into the case, because you have to have the right earphone on the left side and the left earphone on the right side while the left earphone is folded, and both earphones have to be faced side down. You'll just have to memorize the orientation when putting them inside the case every time. [material/build] Headphones is mostly plastic material. Don't expect too much from sub-100 dollar headphones. The size adjustment is metallic. I think they are very comfortable to wear. I've heard about issues on build quality where the plastic hinges near the size adjustments would crack. But I've only had mine for less than two months so I can't comment on that yet. [buttons/controls] On/off, volume, and play/pause buttons are physical buttons. But I think ANC mode switching is touch control. [wired mode] As for wired/aux mode, I'm unsure if EQ and ANC will work with wired mode since I haven't tested it, so I can't comment on it. As far as I'm concerned, I will never be using these headphones in wired mode unless I absolutely have to. [Soundcore app and custom EQ] The Soundcore app makes it super easy to adjust EQ. EQ adjusting is responsive and doesn't lag for a long time like some other apps. Your EQ is saved in your headphones (tested with two separate devices; these headphones can pair with older Android from 2016). But you can also make a Soundcore account to save your EQ settings online. One downside of the app is that you can't adjust EQ while your headphones aren't connected, nor can you see your EQ settings. This becomes a nuisance for when you want to take a screenshot of your EQ settings to share with people who have the same headphones. There are also no horizontal line markings in the EQ setting, not even for 0 dB. Sound quality massively improves with EQ adjustment (I will update review later with a picture of the EQ, if possible). In the default setting, it doesn't sound so good. There are also EQ presets for you to try, but I prefer to use custom EQ. After adjusting EQ, I think the sound quality is great and will probably beat many popular BT headphones that cost more than this (I got it on sale for 74.99 CAD not including tax). It sounds like it's coming from the plastic, but I only hear it when ANC is on. This problem is fixed when I sent it back to Amazon and bought another one. The first one I bought was 89.99 CAD. When it went on sale for 74.99 CAD about 2-3 weeks later, I figured I'd just return my old pair, buy a new pair, and see if the problem would go away. Connecting to a new device is very straightforward (press and hold power button for +3 seconds). Controls on the sides of the headphones make it easy to adjust volume quickly, as well as noise cancellation functionality. There is a nice touch where if you press and hold on the logo on the right-side headphone it will go into 'transparency' mode, which brings outside noise into the headphones. This is helpful if you're in noise cancellation mode and a coworker stops by to chat, you can quickly and easily duck in and out of noise cancellation. The headphones fold for travel. The kit includes a USB-C charging cable, aux cord and carrying case. SOUND QUALITY - 9/10 So far the soundstage is broad, with clear highs and deep bass. Excellent! COMFORT - 10/10 Ear pads are extremely soft, which makes them easy to wear for long periods. Adjustable band for different head sizes. Excellent comfort. NOISE CANCELLATION - 7/10 This is the main reason I bought the Anker Soundcore Q30 headphones. I live in a townhouse and my neighbour with a shared wall has dogs that bark during the day - I needed a way to focus while working from home. While the NC does not completely eliminate the noise, it does reduce it significantly - I would say 60-70% reduction. I considered whether or not to just purchase construction-style noise blocking over the ear headphones, which promise up to a -38dB reduction, but they are often designed for extreme environments and would not be comfortable for a long period of time. If complete elimination of noise is required, you could purchase a more expensive pair of Bose Ultimate headphones. Or, use a pair of foam earplugs with these overtop and play white noise or music through the headphones with NC turned on. If you go to rtings.com, you can objectively compare the noise cancellation performance of these Q30's with premium Bose and Sony headphones. Surprisingly, the performance is closer than you might expect for the price gap. Yes, the Bose in particular blocks more sound, especially in the higher frequencies. But the Q30's are still some of the best performing noise cancelling headphones for the < $100 market. Within the app, you can choose from 3 noise cancelling 'modes'. These are not available unless you download the app, and customize the frequencies that are targeted by the NC. 1) Transport: Targets low-end frequencies like engine and road noise (default mode) 2) Indoor: Eliminates voices and mid-frequency noise (this is my preferred mode) 3) Outdoor: Reduces ambient sound on-the-go Its worth noting that because these are large, over-the-ear headphones, just putting them on will cut some of the noise. Even before you start playing any music, you can just put these on your head and instantly cut like -20 dB or more from the ambient sound. You can also activate NC without playing sound, so if you want to just cut the noise, you can do that. BATTERY LIFE I'm still waiting to kill this battery. It lasts for days of casual use. I'm not sure if it will actually last for the claimed 40 hours, especially when using NC, but its certainly better than my wireless buds. I needed to replace my broken set of Anker Soundcore headphone that I sadly steeped on. The Soundcore has held up well a few years of nightly use but can't take a full force of a right foot in a dark room from 250 pound man ( what could? ) I wanted to replace with another Soundcore set as I liked my first pair so well. These Q30's area a great value in active noise cancelling headphones. I use these at night with my Amazon Kindle Fire tablet and many times fall asleep and these play all night so these are for the most part comfortable. I find the noise cancelling function works great for background noise, especially with white noise like from a loud window AC, an airplane or road noise from a car/ RV. The battery life is FANTASTIC! I use these headphones 8 hours a night and only need to charge them every few days but I never let them get below medium so I may could get a full week of every day use if I pushed it. I have owned my last set a few years and never noticed any battery issues so whatever battery is in these headphone truly last and last! I am an audiophile and a pro sound tech so I know headphones however, I did not buy these headphone to give me "The Best" or fantastic sound for listening to music as thats not how I use these. I use these headphones at night to watch Sling TV on my tablet or youtube at night but my reason for buying the Q30 is I want the best, natural sound without boomy bass for the price paid that feels good on my head if I fall asleep and offer great battery life and will hold up a few years of every night heavy use with great noise cancelling feature as I don't like background noise when I try and sleep. If you move up the Anker line you can find models that offer hi res audio but do your research as the device you are using must also offer that higher res format. Even with me being an audiophile my fire does not offer that and these are used for sound from my tablet and sound very good to my ear and natural for my limited use. so I don't need hi res playback but you may but do your research as not every cell phone etc supports that option. Do note that if you ever damage the ear pads, you can buy replacements on Amazon. These phones truly hold up well. In this world of $300-$500 headphones Im happy I can find a good set that hold up and I truly love for much, mush less.. These are amazing headphones! I've had them nearly 14 months. I got them at a discount but so I was happy with the cost. I would say they are worth between 40-50. Pros- Can be loud enough to damage your ears which I like. Good audio quality. Good mic. No loss in signal Comfortable Well made. Cons- When it is windy or when cycling you can hear the wind. Not an issue 90% of the time. Battery degraded after about a year of heavy use. Not the best looking headphones Takes too long to switch off. Gotta hold the power button for like 6-7 seconds. For the price I paid, I was very satisfied with these headphones. I would highly recommend if your on a budget and want decent headphones. Probably the best low-mid range headphones on the market. I'd initially ordered the Q20, but when I saw this, and found out more about the product specs, I decided to return it and get this instead. The big differences are in the noise-cancelling ability, the sound quality (not that most of us can really tell even if we did a side-by-side, and, most importantly, the greater control with the app. It is very comfortable on the ears. Not that this would speak to durability, but the first trip I used it, it proved how great it was. Our trip back from the Galapagos was a bit of a nightmare on Copa: diversion to Miami because the flight was late, and lost its landing spot (along with ANOTHER Copa flight that left within 20 minutes of ours), and too low on fuel to wait around for another one - after utter chaos at MIA, with few Copa workers, no accommodations for Business-class passengers, more delays ...we ended up being bused to Orlando. So the long battery life and the wonderful NC-feature served to preserve a modicum of sanity. You need to play around with both "Indoor" vs. "Travel" settings, since one works marginally better than the other (hence the need to have that app!) I also looked at the even higher priced Q45 or whatever it's called, which was double the price. I can't imagine it being worth the upgrade, as this works very, very, nicely already. Exceptional, EXCEPTIONAL!!! Sound for the Price, But the Mic is a Joke. I’ve had the Soundcore Q30 headphones for over a year now, and they still work really well. I remember thinking I’d maybe get six months out of them before something broke or the sound quality dipped, but nope—they’ve managed to surprise me. The sound quality is breathtaking, and you can't expect it at this price point. So it was honestly a great surprise. They sound exceptional at even the highest volume. And for me, this seals the deal. In fact I'm letting the negatives slide. Because it's no joke to serve $200 worth sound quality at this price point. However, let’s get one thing out of the way: the mic is flat-out terrible. I’ve tried using these for calls and meetings, and it’s honestly embarrassing. People constantly ask me to repeat myself or tell me they can hear my neighbors talking but can’t make out what I’m saying. It’s like the mic’s priority is everything except your voice. So if you’re planning to use these for work or gaming, save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. But putting the mic issue aside, these have some solid positives that make up for it: - Solid Active Noise Cancellation: It’s not as strong as $500 ANC headphones, but it's about the best you can buy under $200. It'll let you work in noisy environments and reduce the noise by 50-60% percent, even in REALLY loud environments (like a noisy classroom for example). It can almost completely (80-90%) weed out low-mid level sounds (like an airplane or loud fan noise). So overall the ANC is top notch. -I’ve worn these for long sessions—sometimes up to 2-3 hours at a stretch—and they’re still comfortable. The ear cups do get a bit warm, especially in the summer, but it’s not a dealbreaker. After 3-4 hours, your ear start to hurt a little. But that usually happens even with $500 headphones. Headphones are not supposed to be worn for 5-7 hours in any case. - Sound Quality That’s Hard to Beat: Even after a year, I’m still happy with how they sound. Balanced mids, punchy bass that’s not overpowering, and clear vocals. - Battery Life That’s Almost Ridiculous: I’ve lost count of how many times I thought they were out of juice, only to turn them on and find out they’re still going strong. I bought two of these headphones, first for my daughter, who loves it and uses it all the time. Since she was very satisfied with the product I ordered one for myself as well. The sound quality is very good, I like the bass. The app provides predefined equalizer profiles to chose from, however it is possible to set up a custom one as well. The headphones are very comfortable, the buttons are working fine, in general it is a very good quality product. It is worth to mention, that it doesn't only provide bluetooth connection, but 3.5 mm wired connection as well. I had one issue with the product, and that's related to the connectivity. When I bough the one for my daughter, there were no issues at all, she uses it with Macbook, ipad and Samsung phone as well. However when I bought the second one, I tried to connect it to my Samsung phone first. Actually I tried two different Samsung phones, but neither of the two worked. After that I tried to connect to my Dell laptop. It worked like a charm. Then I connected it to my ipad, also seamless connection to that. I updated the firmware, hoping, that that would resolve the problem, but even this didn't help. I could pair it to my Samsung phones, but still could not connect to them. I almost gave up, when I tried one last thing, while it was connected to my ipad, I could also connect the headphones to the Samsung phone (as it provide multipoint connectivity this is possible). After this first successful connection I didn't experience further connectivity issues. The same way I could connect to my other Samsung phone as well, so it seemed to be a general solution. Had these for 6 months now. They have singlehandedly made me a fan of Anker SoundCore. Battery life: 10/10 used them on a 10 hour flight nonstop and still had battery left at the end! Noise cancellation: 7/10 (compared to the premium brands a bit more background noise comes through in louder environments. Not a lot just enough to notice it is more than the other brands. In quieter/ normal environments… no difference in noise cancellation between these and the premium brands (Sony/ Bose/ Apple) headphones. Connectivity: 10/10 never had an issue connecting with my iphone. Never. Line of sight range easily goes past 10m. Worked perfectly fine between adjoining rooms App: 8/10. simple to use, clean design, nice graphics. Has different noise cancellation modes (Indoor, transport etc.) but honestly all sound the same. Sound quality: 9/10. Solid bass and mid range straight out of the box. App has an equalizer so can be tuned as well for audiophiles but. Preset defaults are already perfect! Microphone 7/10. Fine for calls and zoom but not really recording quality and picks up background noise. Not an issue and can’t complain as these are designed and advertised for listening and not for recording. Comfort: 8/10. After 2/3 hours need to take a break and let the ears breathe but that’s already better than most other headphones out there. Could use a touch more padding (in my opinion) Build quality: 10/10. Quality is evident in the Look, feel and performance. Robust. Been carrying them around in my backpack with a bunch of keys etc and they still look new. Properly high quality materials. Accessories 7/10. Comes with usb c charging cable (a bit short) and hard case. The case is not moulded so basically just a Hard pouch. Moulded case would have been nicer especially as the headsets can fold. Value of money: 20/10. Seriously incredible value for money. There look and perform better than headsets more than 2x the price!! Can’t opine on customer service as have not had to use it (thankfully) and judging by the excellent build quality, I doubt I’m going to be using the warranty or customer service anytime soon! I purchased it Nov 26, after 7 months right side is already cracking, on and off sound and noise cancelling. It's the shortest live headphone i have purchased, among this price range because i always buy midrange headphone all the time. Should have stayed with JBL. My last headphone from them lasted almost r years. I was so excited with this headphone because of the good reviews i watched from YouTube but i think i got an old one. I received mine not sealed with plastic but i didn't mind that gime because of excitement and also i said the box looks new although the box has no plastic sealed wrapper like every other newly purchased gadgets. Anyway just stay away from this product. If you purchase one make sure you get it fully sealed and brand new. Don't take that for granted because you won't know how long will it last.
