I use this (4TB) for backing up everything I need to save, from multiple drives. I've had external HHD's in the past fail and I'd lose everything I hadn't backed up elsewhere. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with this product that I recently purchased from your website. Unfortunately, the product stopped working from the very first use, despite my careful handling and following the instructions as directed. I used this external drive to back up all my data, but the next day it didn't work at all. When I checked the file size, it showed that it was empty even though it had almost 1TB of data from the backup. I have already tried reaching out to the seller, but I have received no response yet. Under these circumstances, I would like to request a return of the product and a refund of my payment as soon as possible. As per my expectation, the product should have provided me with reliable and long-term use which it clearly failed to do so.
