Upon opening, I was absolutely disappointed at the cheapness of it. The plastic is thin and flimsy and everything felt very fragile. I tested the three spring loaded dispenser levers and suddenly heard a pop on one of them. And then the lever didn’t spring back, so straight away I knew the spring probably just came off. So I opened the base to re-install the spring and no surprises - discovered that the plastic hook to hold the spring has snapped. This hook is so thin and weak that i wonder how on Earth could they manage to make it that thin in the first place. Absolutely bad engineering and a total fail. The product has 3 large capacity, securely divided, sections. It easily turns full circle to access your choice and the dispenser is simple and quick to release the candy. So far, jelly beans, Skittles and even mini M&Ms have dispensed perfectly, I haven't tried anything else. LOVE this little one stop shop for my treats. It would easily work with small pet treats also. Cereal not so well as the outlets are small for candies like M&Ms, Skittles, etc. Tried it with one of my flavorite treats "Count Chocula" but it gets caught & broken up. The first one ordered the top would not come off so had to return for a replacement. So glad I got a replacements. It looks like classic ceramic but is all plastic but made well. I hope this helps.
