This replaced my old 2nd monitor and didn't need to be anything great. I'm surprised how many features are packed with such a cheap monitor and how good it looks. I didn't intend to game on it but after reading claims that it was a bad monitor that looks awful when playing games, I decided to give it a try. Price aside, it plays games just fine. It's nothing great but there's nothing wrong with it that takes away from the game or distracts you. If you're looking for something cheap to game on thats 1080p, I doubt there's a better value. If your PC can handle a higher resolution, I would see if they have a model to match because the resolution is the only downside I can see if you're looking for a budget monitor to game on. Monitor works as any monitor should, this is the 1st day review.But 165Hz is a blatant lie as I can't set my display settings to anything above 144hz.Edit: My bad, you need to use the DP Cable that comes along with it to be able to use the 165Hz the monitor offers, and it is a good difference

this is my first 165 Hz monitor and stuff and you can overclock the refresh rate to 188 from the Nvidia control panel or from a youtube tutorialjust look up how to overclock your monitor and set it to the max until it says no signal or something like thatOverall this monitor is really good for the price1ms mode is kind of bad because it gives out a green color and stuff when scrollingand people complaining about the washed out color means they haven't changed the monitor settings and are using it as is with default settings. You need to change the monitor settings to ur liking

Not supporting high refresh rates on Xbox, also no support for DP with HDMI adapter Not as described. The buttons on the monitor are not good have to press repeatedly to switch between HDMI displays or to do any settings. Viewing angles are not that good as the display changes if you view from a different angle. Not good for gaming.

Pros: PriceCons:1.Menu is very flawed, basic and a mess.Switching to different sources of display is painful.2.It doesn't detect an input video source more than half of the time.3.Both HDMI ports burnt at the same time when was connected to laptop through a hub, only displayport survived.4. Working on it was always stressful on eyes, not a comfortable experience.5.It can die any time, in my experience it just died without an obvious reason.

I bought this monitor for a bit less than 550aed which at the time was a great value for money. The quality was amazing and the refresh rate was good. The screen was bright and colorful. The one problem I had was that when you are constantly running 165 hz the monitor becomes more blurry. I have seen people with the same issues. A quick solution is to set max frames to 150hz to limit tear and blurriness

I have just bought this and I tried every setting but nothing is changing it from 60hz, I tried putting the refresh rate to advanced, and ultra-fast and it has not changed anything, also the buttons are very annoying to navigate through, which isn't much of a problem, but the refresh rate not changing really is, will most likely return if I can not find a solution for this.
