My Turkish tea set arrived today. It is authentically from turkey and very beautifully made. The quality of the glass and the gold embellishments are extraordinary. What’s more important though is the customer service of the seller. After I received the set I realized the cups were too small, this is not because the seller did not post the correct volume, I just didn’t know what the volume meant in terms of the physical size of the tea cups. I initiated a return to the seller. Their reply was prompt and the seller was gracious enough to refund the full amount back to my credit card and asked me to keep this set as a gift.
