I have been taking these a couple of weeks now. I take them at night before bed as some zinc can make you have an upset stomach. I have not noticed that with these and by taking them before bed, I don't get that with any products normally. I don't know if I feel any different although I am hoping to possibly get my sense of smell back. I hear loosing your sense of smell can be common as you get older, but I am hoping I get some of it back, as I read zinc may help with that. Read more

This is just a normal zinc supplement, but from a reputable brand, and nothing weird added. No shenanigans. No gimmicks. I like the dosage, I'm not trying to throw my body out of wack by doing a high dosage.
