What a shame. I feel totally cheated. From the moment we bought this product it never worked. There is always h97 error on the screen. At least sell default items which works one or 2 weeks AT least and not has defects from day one. We are extremely unhappy and I should have listened to my wife who constantly told me to buy it from an authorised seller. Now we don’t now what to do but it seems I have to run after this defect and find someone who can repair. Feel totally disappointed. Read more

Did quite a bit of research before finalizing on this model - my previous Microwave was just a basis one with solo Microwave mode available. Wanted to get into a model that offered Convection and Grill. Believe me, it's not easy to find the right model as the online model descriptions or filtering options do not help much. Moreover, it was surprising to note that most offerings with Convection option were with 27L size which is kind of smaller for a family usage. This model was more expensive compared to other Panasonic offer with Convection but this one had the additional feature of Air Frying that finally sealed the selection. As expected from Panasonic, the build quality is very good and learning curve is quite reasonable, given the features the appliance has. It's over a month of usage now - though primarily used in Solo mode (microwave) so far, very happy with functioning so far. One thing that I find strange is the fan keeps working even after a 30 second heating of a cup of water, which I find very strange. If the machine is continuously used for more than 5 minutes, I understand the cooling fan kicking in even after switching off but with 20 or 30 second usage, looks like design issue.
