I have yet to find a complaint. I resisted an air fryer for years as too gimmicky to fool with as I have two convection ovens. I have utilized all or nearly all of the functions of this oven - as I seem to use it practically every day. There are so many advantages. The removable parts of this oven get sparkling clean on the top rack of the dishwasher. I am actually surprised at how quiet it really is - not obtrusive at all. It gets very hot, very quickly, and especially with a Prime Day deal, the price was excellent. The dual zones are great - protein in one side, veggies in the other, different temps, different times, and synchronized completion times - what's not to love. I was really hesitant to buy an air fryer and researched the hell out of the different units available. As my husband and I quite often don't eat the same meals, I knew I wanted the capability of cooking more than one item at a time. I finally decided on this model and don't regret it at all! It is used at least 4-5 times per week, whether its reheating or cooking, I couldn't be happier. We've cooked chicken, salmon, hot dogs, steak, chicken fingers, asparagus, broccoli and fries and they are all amazing. The chicken fingers and French fries are far better in the air fryer than the oven! More crispy and we haven't used any oil yet! I am on a meal plan and have chicken as my protein almost every night. I do a large batch in the oven and then reheat in the air fryer with sliced tomatoes and parmesan. It tastes fresh, like it was just made and the texture is perfect! Not dry or rubbery at all. I've also done salmon multiple times and without a doubt it's better than any other method, tender and juicy! LOVE the dual baskets and match cooking! We ordered this Ninja air fryer around Black Friday, and we have gotten so much use out of it. It replaced an older and smaller air fryer that was on its last legs, and we are thrilled with this purchase. Whoever thought of the double baskets was a genius. It's so nice to either have overflow space if you need to cook a lot of the same ingredient (using the Match Cook function), or to cook two different items at two different times and temperatures. The Smart Finish feature is also ingenious as it ensures all your food finishes cooking at the same time. This air fryer really does cook everything evenly, and everything we've put in it (which has been a lot) has come out beautifully. I love that the entire basket is solid with a non-stick finish, which makes for super easy clean-up. Bonus tip (which we discovered in our espresso machine app), the Phillips HomeID free app has tons of easy and delicious air fryer recipes. You don't need a Phillips appliance to download or use their app, and all their recipes can be found under the Search button. Some are even for dual basket fryers, and you can save and group your favorites into your own custom recipe books. You'll find ideas for making full and complete meals, not just chicken tenders and potatoes. We've been shocked at how well burgers, steaks, and pork chops cook in our Ninja. It's a shame that Ninja doesn't offer something similar, but it's nice to still have a robust library of recipes at our fingertips. I waited a while before writing a review as I wanted to be honest about the product after using it for 2 weeks or so. A little background for context: I’ve relocated from the UK to Dubai and we’re renting out here. The landlord has provided an electric hob & oven which are completely inadequate and take longer to heat up than any I’ve used in the past so I knew I needed an alternative. I’ve never owned an air fryer so I knew nothing about them. I researched for hours and hours and this product kept coming up as a 6-in 1 solution with large capacity so I placed an order. As soon as my order was placed, the seller got in contact with me to inform that the product works with 120 V and I will need a 220V voltage converter. I ordered one straight away given this advice and I got the Kodama Transformer 1500 W input 220 v output 110 v (again after tons of research). I confirmed the order with the seller and the item was shipped as soon as I’d sent a message back. I was so impressed by how quickly the seller responded and I was pleasantly surprised that they’d upgraded my delivery so I’d receive my product sooner than the delivery date. The product itself is life changing. This is coming from someone that actually doesn’t mind cooking. You can literally throw everything in and walk away knowing that you’re not compromising on taste or quality of your food, it’s just less hassle and gives you more time to focus something else. I use my Foodi throughout the day, for breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks as it is so versatile. I’ve put my microwave away because I’ve found that the reheat setting makes my leftovers taste better. I’m really enjoying using this product. It’s given me so much time back in the kitchen and it’s a bonus knowing that I hardly need to add any oil to achieve a delicious meal for my and my family. Absolutely recommend this product. Also, I shop on Amazon a lot and have come across some good and bad sellers. This is definitely one of the best sellers I’ve encountered. I ordered my Air fryer from Amazon it took 2 weeks to arrive and was shipped from the US. The voltage for the UAE and US is different. After the first use there was allot of smoke and back vent melted. Then it stopped working altogether.
