He was getting tired of the grape, so we decided to switch it up and go with the watermelon. And for some reason, the grape works better than the watermelon. And it turns out that the watermelon flavor was not the one for him. The vitamin itself, with the minerals and nutrients is great, we've seen growth results in a couple of months. But is that because he's 8 and going through a spurt? I don't know. They could be helping with that. But just the taste and texture of the watermelon are giving him a hard time. So I tried it. It's not the best flavor, watermelon. If you're expecting that watermelon flavor of jolly rancher, you're not getting that candy flavor. The vitamin itself is a good size, a cute little perfectly formed bear, a great visual for kids. It's a little chalky or gritty in a gummy form, leaves that vitamin texture or substance in the roof of your mouth after chewing it. For the kiddos, I would suggest eating or drinking something right after taking it if they don't like that vitamin feeling. We purchased this item about 2 months ago. My son grew like an inch in last 2 months. I don’t know if it’s due to this gummy or not. But seems like my son suddenly experiencing a huge growth spurts. I cannot comment on whether on its effectiveness. What can tell you is none of my kids will eat them. I have 3 very active and athletic kids and was hoping this would be a good supplement for them. We purchased the watermelon flavor and they all said the taste was horrible. I would have liked to try and swap for the grape flavor. Maybe they would have liked them better but unfortunately, you cannot return/exchange these so keep that in mind. The texture is more on the firmer side (which I personally like) however my youngest has braces and it was very difficult for him. I know it’s not ideal to eat gummies with braces but I still wanted to put the consideration out there for other parents. I cut the gummy into small pieces and that helped. Read more

I could not have said anything better. This item has got to be the top dog. Alongside another item it provides true results. And Ive seen my son grow taller from April to August 2023 grow an additional 4 inches onto his normal average of 5.2 inches per year before that. As an FYI his pediatricians already said hes in the 95th percentile at his age. Meaning hes taller than 95% taller and bigger than 95 percent of kids his age, height and weight. I started buying this vitamin since August 2023. I bought multivitamins, sleep, protein powder for my 2 kids. I was skeptical at first especially the price for the items if is going to work. But I keep telling myself that trust the process and patience. When my son started taking this vitamin's he was 5'2 and he got kicked out of his basketball team due to his height. But now he is 5'11 tall. For my daughter she was 4'10 when she started taking this vitamin also but now, she is 5'3.
