It was packaged very beautifully, and it had some weight on, because you get all these wonderful things to do your nails. It comes with two top coats, a base coat, matte coat, tape glue, and 5 polishes. You also get rhinestones, and all the tools for a perfect mani and pedi. I brought this for my daughter's first big sleepover. I haven't tried yet, but I am definitely gonna do a practice run on myself first. I was so excited when I opened it, because just like the other reviews I read it definitely met my expectations. I'll come back after actually trying it out. But already I'm loving it... The price is super and affordable, you get everything you need for $40... That's not even what a mani costs at most places. I love doing my own nails at home, have have tried so many brands, even expensive ones. This lamp is so good, I cured my nails for 90s just in case because I wasn't sure on the gel product itself, but 60s is prob enough just like the instructions say. This is day 1, and I have already washed my hands prob more than 20 times and they are still on! They do not lift like other gel products and this is a no wipe gel which I Love! Love the colors, and I will update when the nails/gel come off. UPDATE: one week has passed, and gel is still on! No lifting of any sort! I was skeptical, but for the price I thought I would give it a try. When it arrived, I was impressed how nice the presentation was. It literally comes with everything you need for a mani and basic instructions. The nail polishes are sample size though. And it took a few passes under the light to harden each layer, so not as quick as the nail salon. But, it’s been 10 days and my nails look perfect! Still shiny as they were on day 1! With nails salons closed in my area, I wanted to give this a try. I was skeptical about doing this myself and honestly- It exceeded my expectations. my nails look so good - I followed the steps, watched a you tube video and then gave it a try. My nails looks great. Someone actually asked me if my manicurist came to my house. Its been two weeks and they are still perfect. No chipping. I wash my hands a million times a day and I use Purell all day long and my nails are still intact. The kit comes with everything you need to get started. Its fantastic. Update*** it's been 2 weeks since I painted my nails, and they still look pretty good!! Washing dishes, washing my hands, it's held up WAY better than I expected. I want to take it off and try another color, but I am waiting to see how long it lasts before I NEED to change it. (Last picture *4 fingers sideways* is 2 week update picture) I've never used gel polish before, so over all I'm happy. You should really do one hand at a time, as the base coat, if it touches Anything, will leave you with a lumpy nail. This is purely user error. I did 2 thin coats like it says, but it doesn't have enough coverage to cover the different shades of nail attached to the nail bed and the length of nail growth. Makes it look like I have dirt nails. Which I assure you they are clean. Also, I love that my nails are dry after the final cure, no where has it said they would be, but I assumed. It's just nice after 4 coats total (base, 2 of color, and top coat) there's no, " oh no I have to be careful and not touch anything for like an hour" with usual polish. Over all of say that the kit is mostly to get a good uv light, and then some colors to try out. Read more

I would have given this 5 stars but since i did not received nail hardener instead of a nail tape peel, the silver bottom reflector of the uv light machine is missing and online got 1 cuticle oil instead of 2 which is also mentioned i the list of items included in the box. The tomicca nail system is amazing. This kit comes with everything you need! I took off my hard gel and with the nail strengthing coat, I don't need hard gel to keep my nails strong and growing! So so happy with this purchase. I was a bit confused as I thought I was purchasing all tomicca brand and some of the items sent (nail files and uv light) are branded differently. That being said.
