Look, if you really want a sharp knife but are not a chef, do not go for this. I asked for this as a birthday present and I cut my hand in the first use. It is not suitable for regular household kitchen habits. I would normally wipe the foods that is stuck on the side of the knife with my finger. It is how I slid my finger open.
