Its metal is reported as being stainless steel (although I do not know its composition, i.e., 18/8 or 18/10). Looks? This is very shiny. Rusting? Allergic reaction? No, so far gives no indication of rusting nor hint of causing an allergic reaction. Diameter of medal? It’s in the size as listed, i.e., the medal, with the inscription, is about 1.1825” in diameter. By comparison, a half dollar is 1.205” in diameter. Thickness of medal? Its thickness, at 2.05, by comparison, it is like that of a half-dollar, which is 2.15mm thick. Keychain ring? The keychain ring, which the medal is attached too, is fractionally smaller and similarly made. The charms? The scales of justice and the lawbook charms which are attached are about are about .8” and .30” inches in length. Weight The ensemble weighs in at about 18 grams, which is about 0.63 ounces. Presentation? Arrived in a tape sealed, clear cellophane bag, measuring about 3½” x 3½”. Within that cellophane bag was a red velvet type drawstring bag, of similar size. Within the red velvet type drawstring bag was another sealed, clear cellophane bag, measuring 2½” x 3”, and within that was the medal attached to a cardstock thick card. I think it a very nice presentation. Engraving The engraving is easy to read and deep. I really like its words. But it is only on one side. Both sides would have been nice, unless I was going to get this engraved further, on the other side – but I will not, so again, the same words on both sides would have been nice. Size of lettering The letters inscribed are about 2.25mm in height, which is about 7-point type. This is large enough for most to read, with ease. Value I think this is competitively priced, however, watch for coupons. Anything negative I found no negative surprises, if anything, this was better than expected. Select again? Yes.
