I would really recommend this product. I have been struggling with abdominal pains and cramps for months now due to possible endometriosis. There is little I have been able to do about it, and have been bed-bound due to the level of pain. I took a risk with buying this because I was happy to look for anything that might help. This has been a great product for me. When it is on, the vibrations work to distract the body from the other pain that is occuring, and massively reduce the cramps/pain that is occuring. I will say that it is only a short term solution - when the device is off, the pain comes back fairly quickly; however I would say it is worth it for me to find something that can reduce almost incessant pain. The heat setting is great, and warms to a really nice temperature - pretty similar to the heat pillow or hot water bottles that I use. Because of the silicon build, the product moulds to your body and is discrete and out of the way. I can lay on my side or sit down with it staying on. I will say that I wish it lasted for slightly longer without needing to recharge (about 2 hours), however it only takes 2 hours to recharge, so you can cycle it out with other products like a wheat pillow. It is also extremely to use and cycle through the settings. There is an updated version of this product (the EM55) also available on amazon, however it is more expensive, and I cannot see any reason why it would be better or worth the upcharge. This product is really good, and I definitely think it is worth the money. One word of warning - my understanding is that TENS affects everyone differently, and may not work for everyone. Pour les douleurs "normales", c'est à dire les crampes à l'utérus, c'est parfaitement efficace. Évidemment si j'ai une crise de douleurs d'endométriose (donc à d'autres endroits du ventre ou avec d'autres mécanismes) ça ne marche pas forcément. Mais même là ça peut atténuer les douleurs en distrayant les nerfs. Généralement si j'ai seulement des douleurs "normales" je lance 3 cycles à la suite, donc en fait une heure, à la puissance la plus forte possible sans que ça soit désagréable. J’ai acheté cette appareil pour mes douleurs lié à mon endométriose et adénomyose, je voulais un moyen de soulager mes douleurs sans passer par la case « médicaments » et franchement je suis satisfaite ! Ce n’est pas non plus le produits miracle mais ça m’a grandement aidé et facilité, et diminuer mes douleurs. Después de usar el EM50 durante 2 meses puedo decir que ha mejorado mi calidad de vida los días de dolor fuerte durante la menstruación (en mi caso de 2 a 4 días). He podido eliminar o reducir muchísimo la medicación para el dolor menstrual. De tener que tomar medicación 3 o 4 veces al día -y no siempre hacer efecto- he pasado a tomar nada o 1. Yo me dejo el dispositivo pegado durante casi todo el día y lo voy activando según necesidad (en las instrucciones pone que hay que esperar 30 minutos entre aplicación y aplicación). Durante su uso noto como el dolor menstrual se va reduciendo y, después de usarlo, queda una relajación muscular en el bajo vientre que se agradece mucho. La batería me duró 5 días de uso aprox, es decir, lo cargué a mitad de la menstruación del segundo mes. Recomiendo cargarlo al finalizar la menstruación, así para el próximo mes lo tienes ya preparado. Inconveniente: la temperatura no se puede regular (43°). Para mí es muy fuerte y solo lo aguanto 4 minutos. Después me activo solo el TENS. Otra opción que he probado también es poner un trozo de tela entre la superficie que genera calor y mi piel, de esta manera si que aguanto más. El TENS tiene 15 niveles. Yo solo aguanto hasta el 7, aunque generalmente uso el 5 o 6. Quería probar más pero a partir del 8-9 el dolor es horrible. Los parches para pegar aún no los he cambiado, pero lo tendré que hacer en breve, ya que cada vez pegan menos. En resumen: lo recomiendo a todas las que sufran dolores menstruales.
