The laptop arrived clean and looks new. I’m using it for work, and it runs super well/fast. The battery is great. I’m using windows 10 and it works just fine, and it will let me install windows 11 if I want! This laptop exceeded my expectations, and I’m really happy to have this laptop after having a Mac of my own that stopped working on me. This was definitely worth the money I spent. The only negative aspects that I have noticed is that I don’t think that the laptop has the finger print feature that it says on the listing. I also cannot connect anything via Bluetooth. Read more

Laptop came with 16gb, but as 1 stick instead of 2 8gb sticks, so for performance you will probably have to buy another stick (no idea if this is for all their laptops), so you might have 32gb/24gb of (unnecessary) ram. Laptop works very well, the physical quality was undisturbed, and the internal battery wasn't too worn out. Replaced external battery, haven't tried the battery that came with the laptop. The only downside is that this seller is more expensive than other sites, but I think it's worth it for the ability to return the computer if unsatisfied. You may experience heat issues, and I have heard that if you change the heatsink for one from a t480 with a dedicated GPU, you can drop temperatures by like 10 celsius max (didn't try it). I used this computer for browsing (high quality youtube videos and school) and with my 72Wh (external) + 24wh battery (internal) I get at least 8 hours of battery life. But if you want to game or use the cpu intensively, don't buy this laptop. I installed cinnamon mint, results may vary on windows, and have tried minecraft w/out shaders, and it runs terribly (50 ish fps averaged even with an 1.8 fps texture pack on lunar client). The laptop arrived quickly and exceeded expectations in most areas - I couldn't see any smudges / wear and tear and appeared basically new. The Windows 10 was upgraded to 11 for free by Microsoft. The screen was touch screen, everything worked including the finger print reader. Had an issue with the battery when working initially, but the seller was very quick to respond and address the issue. They sent the replacement immediately, and after getting the replacement and installing it, the laptop is working flawlessly. The laptop seems to have a ton of upgradability. Also, considering the initial issue that we faced, it's likely more suited for someone with a bit of technical knowledge or ability to use google to resolve some basic issues. Read more
