It’s a beautiful tap. Easy to install and it doesn’t leak or malfunction. The weight to retract the nozzle is great. It’s easy to clean and everything feels very smooth and nice. My only criticism is that for the price, the housing of the retractable/pull out nozzle shouldn’t be plastic and instead be the same metal as the main tap. Beautiful, well made and really easy to install. The hardest thing about putting this tap in myself was getting the old one out which used the old system involving a huge nut underneath the counter which was VERY difficult to remove. Kraus's system which works from above was amazing. I had one tiny issue which a call to customer service solved in 60 seconds. The faucet and spray work fantastically.
