I bought this as what I thought would be a fun gimmicky present for myself. I thought it would be mainly a speaker but with a fun distraction as a pixel display. I was impressed immediately with how much more this is. The whole unit arrives in a pretty gift bag (not pictured). The Ditoo, which is surprisingly weighty, is inside a very sturdy plastic case with a handle. The case is so.cute and resembles a little refrigerator. Perfect for transport and storage. It comes with a USB-C adapter but you have to provide your own charge head. There is also an instruction booklet and a sheet of cute pixel stickers. I found it to charge quite quickly and the battery is long lasting. The connection is through Bluetooth. The sound is incredible and surprising. Very clear. Good volume range. There's a micro sd card slot for your own music on the go. I use it for e-books and watching YouTube. Anytime I need more sound! The app is easily downloaded and this is where I was impressed with all the many features such as an alarm, time, display weather, voice memo, games, sleep timer and more. Many features can be accessed without the app, but the app brings the device alive. Extensive amounts of downloadable user provided pixel art are available. You can also create your own for your use or upload to share with others. You can set your pixel art and animations to cycle through each one that you have saved. Very mesmerizing. I'm so happy to have bought this! It's the perfect gift for yourself or others of all ages. There are several Colours to chose from. This is one of the highest quality items I’ve ever bought on Amazon. It’s built very, very well. The keys are mechanical , sturdy , and not cheap. The display is slick. The display is hard to explain you have to see it in person, as I honestly found it to be different and better than I saw in photos. Even the app is well made and maintained well . It’s truly a lot of fun. Speakers are decent for its size. It’s not stereo, but it’s good. Connectivity is great with Bluetooth and an iPhone. I haven’t played around with the SD card or other options. It comes with some games and interesting apps. For example a color by number app. I really like the way their phone app works. It has so many tools for designing your LED drawings.. you can even import a photo and have it attempt to make a display out of it. I attached one of these made from a photo of my dog.. not the best but I’m sure if I tried harder to crop and get a clean background it would be better. The only thing a little off was the temperature reading.. in my area today it was 72 degrees. It insisted it was 62 . It lets you pick any city or town, and they also reported 62.. then suddenly it said 71, then 62 again. But whatever that’s such a minor detail. Probably the remote site it’s pulling from.
