I only took one only during the times I need to be somewhere and didn't feel that well. It tends to make me a little jittery it has coffia extract, not sure of spelling on that. I did not notice any improvement on memory or brain fog. It actually not made me feel slightly jittery I do not drink coffee anymore. I do not believe this has caffeine but can't say for sure I don't think I would have ordered it if it did because caffeine does not work with me. It only has two ingredients phosphoditol serene (sp?), I don't have it here I'm downstairs it's upstairs. That is a brain supplement and one of the few that breaks the blood brain barrier. I can't really speak to it because I only completed 4 of 6 years of college to become an ND. Doctorate of naturopathic medicine. I know that ingredient is beneficial to the brain and helps with memory and focus. My concern is the coffia extract. Coffee is a natural antioxidant and great for focus and concentration.
