I purchased this product because I had another dock that used the USB port for charging which I left 2 controllers in, but now unfortunately both can no longer be charged via USB (suspect the old charger damaged them in some way). Thankfully, I was able to make the controllers usable again without needed to repair them since this uses the other port to charge them. The dock seems good and so far it is working and probably saved me from having to buy new controllers. Read more
