I bought this from AR System (too many sellers), and I couldn't be happier ; minor scratches on the outside, sit on 4 feet (the same cannot be said for my last renewed purchase), samsung ssd, hynix ram, and did not get really hot during memtest86 (too lazy to get the heatsink off to check the paste). Highly recommend the machine (depending on your usage of course) and seller. If you were to get this, do update the bios after installing Windows, even if the machine is strictly Linux only. Used for replacement of old Lenovo desktop computer to neaten up my office. I swapped in the SSD from the old one no problem. By the cleanliness of the one I received it could be new old stock. Comes with a usb wifi 5/bluetooth adapter and a basic keyboard and mouse, both wired. There is no HDMI, just two display ports. RAM is 2x 4gb sodimm, I swapped one for an 8gb and working well with 12gb. My main computer is a MacBook and the Lenovo is for the apps not available on MacOS. It runs plenty fast at 4K. I recieved by M910Q in good order, came with a mouse and keyboard, a wifi antenna ( M2 wifi / Antenna kit not included ) and power cable/block. This unit did not come with WIFI, why the included Antenna? You sell the kits amazon? There was 2 x DisplayPort and 1 x VGA output, there was no Hdmi port on my unit. This may vary from unit to unit? ( Pricepoint? ) You may need a Displayport to Hdmi adapter if you plan on using HDMI. I'm overall happy with the purchase, but I wish the Technical Details Summary would have mentioned which ports were on this unit and the Lack of WIFI, as the Summary mentions 802.11ac, Please update your sales page to remove this if the units don't come with WIFI. I had purchased the wrong computer from MicroDeal, so I decided to give customer service call. The person I spoke to was named Gaucho and explained my problem to him and asked If I could get the computer that I really wanted. He told me he had to get the owner's permission and much to my surprise he told me they would do it. He said as soon as I ship back the current computer and gave them a tracking number they would ship the one I asked for. I received a LENOVO 910q, with 16 gigabytes of memory, 256 gigabyte SSD, Quad Core i5-6500T CPU @ 2.50GHz, wireless keyboard and mouse. It also had windows installed which I didn't need because I was installing alma linux. All said and done the system worked flawlessly, it's fast, small and just what I was looking for. I forgot to mention when I first called support there wasn't an answer and I didn't leave my phone number. But they called me right back. You can't beat that kind of service. The system I purchased was definitely worth the money, there prices are very fair, and to get a refurbished computer that looked like new I was shocked. We have a corner of our house with a "community" PC where family members and guests can quickly hop online, check email, browse etc. We had an glitchy Asus Zebook hooked up there and it was a total disaster, so we bough the Thinkcentre Tiny to replace it. So far, it's perfect and great value for the money (heck, it costs less than a Raspberry Pi!): - Small form factor - Everything worked out of the box, complete with the HDMI-to-displayport adapter and the WiFi adapter - perfect - It's not a powerful machine, but totally up to task for browsing and occasional coding I am moderately worried about it not being compatible with Windows 11, but worst case, if Microsoft doesn't get their act together, we'll just install Ubuntu when the time comes. Ordered the M910q model which came broken. No beeps, no nothing just a blinking led that all forums pointed to a power supply issue. Discussed with IT Sizer over Whatsapp and their solution was to ship it back to them .... yeah, like I will follow up with you for another 2 months only to never see my device back. Open it up, removed the battery, waited up some time and powered back on. Guess what, now it was beeping three shorts and one long, meaning memory issue but wait up.... Found out that somehow, a memory module was ever so slightly not completely pushed in the slot. The packaging was shock proofed enough for shipping to cause that so it might just have been "refurbished" this way. Did some swapping, that module was toast. So I've ended up with a model that doesn't have that SATA port on the back and 8 Gb RAM less. For the intended purpose I will not sweat more than this review, will beef it up with 2x32Gb RAM, a Startech RAID enclosure with 2x1Tb sticks plus another 512 one, gonna get the VGA/Serial connectors and the WiFi/BT card and will be ready for his IoT journey of the next 10 years.
