Flavor is good I only dry scoop it and it’s great. U have to eat before u take this or u literally feel like death after ur workout u won’t be able to eat. When I first took it I had the best boost of energy and best leg pump then I got home and crashed so hard. As long as u eat before take this it’s amazing, whenever I feel tired and not feeling a pump I take this and I’m wired in I love it. Lasts about an hour then it noticeably wears off. Saw the positive reviews about this pre-workout so decided to give it a shot. Mixed 2 scoops 15 min before it was gym time. Thought I started to feel the tingles which is a good thing but they immediately went away. Didn't feel any difference while lifting compared to just drinking regular water.
