For what it is, it's a good lens that fast and sharp. It produces good quality images while being at an affordable price. The biggest issue has to be it's autofocus capabilities. It is slow and the motors are loud. If you want to take images of fast-moving subjects, I would suggest looking at other lenses but if your work is heavily centered on portraits and you're on a budget, you should consider buying this lens.
