I’ve been taking this for just about two weeks. After trying a multitude of other supplements, I struggled to pull all-dayers (days with no naps), could focus for 20-30 minutes tops throughout the day, napped every day, and slept terribly when it was time to sleep at night. Since staying on top of this regimen and continuing my exercise routine, I can’t express enough gratitude for finding this.
