It's sold as an left hand mouse, but the primary button is on the left the same as a right hand mouse. Unsuitable for left hand use. There is no hardware switch to swap the buttons, only in the software that manipulates the OS. When you're working on remote sessions in another OS the buttons are set tot the default of that machine, primary on the left....
