I purchased this for my 12 year old daughter for Christmas, and we have been absolutely dumbfounded by its accuracy and shocked with what we've heard. For us believers, this was well worth the money! It's clear, it picks up clear words even where we live (I was worried where I've never had great reception to listen to a radio where we live) but it works excellent. Even better with headphones. We've had messages come through from my daughters nanny who passed away, we've heard things that totally shocked us because of the accuracy. It's a cool piece of equipment! I will say though, I don't reccomend buying this for a young child. It can be scary, and we have picked up some swearing on it as well. Otherwise, it's pretty awesome!! We even have friends that are non believers believing! Better to take to a graveyard or to an abandoned house, I won't let my daughter use it at home anymore lol.
