Overall, I was pleased with Legion's protein. It fit most of the qualities I'm looking for in a protein powder. It's whey Isolate, and free of added crap some companies throw in to help cost or taste. Price is average for isolate. I typically blend by stirring the powder with water in a cup with a knife. This did not work well with legion's protein, but when I shifted to the standard blender bottle, I had no issues, so for most situations, the blend is great. I was slightly disappointed with the taste of the Cinnamon Cereal flavor. I think the cinnamon flavor was not enough to cut stevia's natural bitterness so some of that came though. By NO means does this taste bad... I just expect a little better with protein at this price point. I'm looking forward to trying another flavor next. So I am trying the Legion brand for the first time based on a friends recommendation and I really like this whey protein.
