I received my 15.6" touchscreen in 2022 and was impressed by the sleek design and thin screen. I found the touch to be very responsive on Windows and Raspberry Pi Android, and the screen is clear with vibrant colors. The touchscreen is still working great for me. I had attempted to use the touchscreen with an Odroid N2 device running Android but was not successful. The CPU on that SBC is made by AmLogic and it has compatibility issues with many touchscreens on the market. In my attempt to resolve this I reached out to Newsoul for customer service and was helped by an excellent representative named Ada, who worked with me and her team to find a solution for finishing my project. They truely went the extra mile to provide support, and I would suggest Newsoul to anyone looking for a quality touchscreen with an amazing customer service team that stands behind their products. I have tried 3 different touch panel monitors and decided to return this one, I even bought 2 for the one I picked ( sorry cannot advertise the competition). This is an old style touch monitor with low quality IO connections. The material is cheaply made. Read more

Very bright display, with a great size. Light weight for mobile use. Lots of ports for all kinds of connection. Touch works great once the supplied USB cable is used. Speakers works as well as one can expect from a display. Overall it's an excellent additional display. Some things to improve: 1) No built-in stand to support the screen; 2) Could use more USB-C ports if not to remove the old style ports (I had to use a multi-port USB-C hub for connections). First, the display monitor and accessories were well packaged and made of high quality. It was very easy to connect this monitor to my laptop and configure it to be extended or duplicate. Just connect the provided HDMI or USB cable, power cord, and you’re done. There’s wall mounting bracket hardware that allows you to easily attach the display to the wall and remove it for on the go! The display quality is excellent. Sharp contrast, bright colors, and no flicker observed. I’m not a gamer but this display should work fine with gaming devices. I received my item very promptly and it was everything I hoped it would be. I liked that they provided several cables for multiple connection methods. I did not have to buy anything else. It came with a monitor user manual that was easy to understand. I love the touchscreen capability. The monitor was super thin, lightweight and I love it. It has a a volume control and a plug for headphones. It came with a stand that can be adjusted to many angles. The sleeve is beautiful but I haven't figured out how to fold it so I won't need the stand provided. I figure something out when I forget the stand at home.
