Product was assembled in about 40 minutes it was pretty easy and 30 minutes of these 40 were wasted on a single screw that was refusing to go in ( had to push and screw for it to finally work) The chair is more comfortable than most racing chairs that I tried , and alot more comfortable than cheap ergonomic chairs in the 400-700dhs range. I was the neck pillow was more squishy and the headrest was adjustable but considering I bought it knowing these two things the chair is 100% worth the price tag for now. It came earlier than aspected. The packaging was ok. I must say good quality gaming chair for the price it has. It's confortable and the support for the back and the head does the job. It's firm and stable. The wheels do not run very smoothly but are ok. There are different colors but the the dark green is very nice. Only note I have is the armrests are a little low even if you pull them all the way up...also it can be not suitable for bigger sized bodies...but again, in my opinion it definitely worth the money spent. I received the chair two days after the order. The package arrived intact, the quality of the cardboard was good. Inside, every single piece was wrapped with thick transparent plastic. Some more delicate parts were contained within cylinders of foamy material in order to cushion any shocks. Amazing color combination, I have received black/military green, just love it at the fist sight! Instruction manual in various languages ( English, Spanish, portugues, Italian) with associated pictures step by step . Very easy to follow assembling instructions. Very good product quality. Above my expectations (I was only hoping) Not excessively heavy chair, but solid. The base is metal, possibly an alloy (not acrylic or plastic). Reclining, armrest adjustable in height and direction. It is possible to adjust the height of the seat, and it is possible to arrange or remove the cushions as desired. I am very happy with this chair and the service. I was surprized. Easy assemle, Comfortable, perfect Quality no squeks not wobbly. If you pick orange its leather but pink one has suede parts which i was amazed of. I wasn't expecting this chair to be so good for the money it cost. Truly excellent level of comfort (and this is coming from a guy with a $1200 steelcase chair at work..). Pro: - Great firm but plush seat, back, materials - very comfortable for 12 hour sessions - Good support and the lumbar cushion actually works as it should - Solid legs, solid wheels, nothing squeeks or wiggles, except the armrests - Armrest pad shape is great - just soft enough, but overall firm. Material is good. - Assembly was easy, instructions are very clear, included tools are perfect. Cons - I don't know what species the arm rests were made for, but it isn't for a human, unless you have a supremely long neck/short torso, or unless you arms reach down to your knees. The armrests go up a maximum of 6" from the seat cushion level. If you're over 6 feet, you will have to slouch for your elbows to rest on them at maximum setting. - The assembly quality isn't superb. Some things are slightly crooked or off-center... but only very slightly. Doesn't affect the chair or bother me. - The maximum height of the piston is not very high. I'm 6'1 and it's just a little bit too short for me. Another 1 inch would've been ideal Overall a very solid chair, and amazing for the price. Feels premium. Read more
