It’s used nearly 4 days a week for couple hours by myself and some mates in my home made garage gym. There are loads of different benches out there on the web but they are all silly money, so much so I thought about making my own! but then I saw this, I thought I’d give it ago and god damn has it done a good job! so easy to use and to put to the side when not in use.
