Looks, design and overall comfort, these shinguards have it all! I already own a slew of Sanabul products for BJJ so when i needed gear for Muay Thai it was a no brainer. I went with the Battleforged Shinguards and Gloves as well. I did not want to pay tons of money or a low low amount for gear so the BF line was a great fit for me. I ordered a small (trust the size chart) and they fit perfectly. The foot padding covers my foot and toes so I don't have to worry about injuries when i kick. The shin padding protects my shins when I'm kicking so well that when I've struck my sparring partners arms or other bones not protected I could barely feel it thanks to my shinguards. The straps secure the shinguards comfortably to my leg without any movement during my Muay Thai class. I love the brown color as it evokes a classical feel. I said it in the beginning and I'll say it again, I love the look and design of these. Sanabul did a phenomenal job making a superior product that looks and performs like it should've cost alot more. When it comes time for me to buy headgear I will be right back here! 10/10 would buy again and would recommend to anyone looking for a quality pair of shinguards without breaking the bank. Read more

I could have gotten a defect, or I could be being nit picky, but the guards I got were poor in workmanship. I’ve only used them for one session, but am already seeing the stitching coming loose in 2 spots. Other than this however, I enjoyed using them, they fit me nicely (I measured according to sizing chart), and they have good padding. Felt a little clunky at first but got used to it real quick.
