Great product and definitely works well for gaining weight if used as a supplement (which it is supposed to be) and not a meal replacement. The taste is great in addition. I use milk instead of water (as instructed), however the recommended portion of powder is way too much for a smooth blend. I use a customised ratio of scoops to milk, otherwise you might as well eat it with a spoon instead of trying to drink it. Also, if you're using for the first time, do not take as instructed immediately as you'll find yourself in the bathroom most of the day. Build up incrementally until your body begins to retain more of the intake than it gets rid of (usually about 2 weeks). Read more

I have brought from USN and loved their 54g protein powder in vanilla, so I thought this was one would be just the same but with extra protein. I don’t know what is wrong with this product but every time I drink it I have bad diarrhoea and stomach pain. The taste is not bad but I prefer the 54g protein one as with this one, I just have the chug it down. The six scoops is just way too much and you will have to make your shakes in parts.
