I have Mast Cell Activation Syndrome and have to take a very high dose of antihistamines, which can have a deleterious effect on focus and memory. This product improves my allergy symptoms so that I don't have to take so high a dose of antihistamines, and also seems to directly improve focus on its own as well - even if I take the same dose of antihistamines. With similar supplements like quercetin, I have to take it every four hours, at a much higher dose. This supplement seems to last longer in my system, and since you only take one cap per day, the bottle lasts longer than it would for something like quercetin. By combining this product and a quercetin supplement, you can get the same benefits of NeuroProtek for WAY cheaper. (If you have MCAS like me, you're probably already spending all your money on supplements and special food, so being able to get the same effects as NeuroProtek for way cheaper is incredibly helpful.) I only gave it three stars for flavor because it has no flavor so I don't know how to answer that. It is not like a fish oil cap where you can taste it afterwards. Read more
