I've used this periodically for several years now, and OLLY Ultra Goodbye Stress Softgels are the real deal. I started using them to help with stress/anxiety, and they do give a nice sense of calm. Certainly not what an Rx would do, but it definitely takes the edge off. Recently, I've started taking them at bedtime. They REALLY help at bedtime. I've been sleeping better on the nights I take this. I've taken it alone and with low-dose melatonin, and I don't see much difference.
