These straps make working out more effective, and less painful. The lifting straps help me get a good grip on the bar, and on my high and low pully accessories. When I do lat pulldowns and low pulley rows, the lifting straps help me to focus less on my grip, and more on the muscles being worked. The isolation of the muscles being worked is improved, and I see faster results. The wrist wraps provide me with needed support. My right wrist has been giving me some problems for a couple of years. By using wrist wraps, my wrist pain is a lot better, and I am able work harder due to the reduced pain. I also use the other wrist wrap on my left wrist as a way of preventing injury.
