The thing is that I ordered components for my future computer from different stores. And some time passed after which I found out that the disk has two dents because of which it makes strange noises and it is not detected by bios.The delivery was in a normal package

never used, it did not sync to my pc

the warranty was already used by someone else, it came in a plastic bag and no original packaging, this is not a new product as advertised.

got 3 Seagate Barracuda 8tb drives for my NAS after one month one of the drives started dying and had to be replaced , replacing/repair via segate is impossible even though it says that it's still under warranty, good luck getting into contact with any humans in their support i spent a week attempting to get in contact with them and resolve the issue and nothing ...will never be getting any Segate products again

well it did take some time for it to arrive, but everything is good, packaging was great and product was great also

Installed both disks in my PC. Started installing the OS and during the installation process the disk started making strange noises. After restarting the PC, the bios does not detect the hard disk.
