I’ve been taking Biotin over the years in capsule form. Several years ago, I seen a video talking about how liquid biotin has a better absorption rate. This is the first liquid biotin bottle I got. Not a bad experience. 10,000mcg can be a lot for a first time user so keep that in mind. I didn’t experience any breakouts or weird side affects. Again, I’ve been taking biotin I’ve the years so I know how it works (plus I have a very healthy water intake to attribute to my experience going so well). Biotin SUPPORTS the health of your hair skin and nails. I take biotin to keep my hair thick and healthy, not to grow my hair out because that’s not what it’s intended to do. Whenever I’ve taken biotin, I’ve always experienced my nails growing longer. My skin does seem to improve when taking biotin. Overall, I take biotin as insurance that my skin and hair are at their best (not really worried about my nails). This product has a berry flavor that I wasn’t too found of. It wasn’t disgusting, but I could go w/o it. The liquid thick or thin and it was opaque (it’s white in color so it looked milky). I probably won’t repurchase this specific bottle because of the taste (again, it’s not horrible, but I rather it be tasteless). However, if all other brands are out of stock, I would repurchase. As others have mentioned, it’s thick with a snot like consistency. The taste is spot on like berries and yes, you have to take two droppers full of a lower dose to achieve the 1ml. HOWEVER, it works! My hair is thickening and growing and 3 days after taking, my nails this had grown significantly. Heck I’d just gotten them done. I highly recommend! The bottle is sealed with plastic.
