I rarely ever write Amazon reviews but I have been so pleasantly surprised by this jacket that I wanted to share. I have been looking for an inexpensive, lightweight field jacket for a the mild Fall and early winter here in Georgia. There are other very nice m65 reproductions available for $$$ but that's not what I wanted right now. I gave this 5 stars not because it's the best jacket ever, but it's maybe the best $44 I've ever spent. I can't believe the quality I got for the money. It is much more substantial in terms of material than I expected at that price point. The QC is good. No stitching errors that I can see. The fit is great. I'm an XL in almost everything and the XL of this jacket is a perfect fit. I have longer arms, and the sleeve lengths are great for me, not too short. The cut is good and it fits well across both my shoulders and torso. The zipper is plastic but has worked fine so far. I saw some complaints in other reviews that the zipper was on the wrong side for a men's jacket, but mine was on the correct side, so maybe that issue has been fixed. I got the green color, and it is lovely. I'm enjoying my jacket for the chilly fall days without getting hot and sweaty inside. Read more
