This is a really great product for people, whether they are experienced or beginners, who want to get more out of many types of exercise and strength increase regimens. The sandbags are really easy to move in and out, they just glide through, and they have very strong straps/velcro. Having sandbags instead of solid weights seems to give an overall improvement in the experience. They are compact but nice and heavy and dense. I would imagine that someone who needs to build back the strength in their legs/knees after surgery or something would likely be using something like this as well. I ran with them and walked with them and had no problems whatsoever. The company provided terrific support when I reached out to them as well, which was very reassuring. The way it is designed with the buckle is also very user friendly and makes adjusting very simple. This is nice and soft and won't fray or irritate your skin either, I haven't noticed any discomfort after a long period of use.
