Keyboard is having a bug, often your keys doesn’t type instantly and takes nearly 2-3 mins to display the typed words. Worst case you need to disconnect and connect back for proper functioning. Just got this so I can't talk about longevity or battery life or anything else so far, but I will update, as keyboards are one of the things I seem to have to buy frequently because I'm kind of hard on them as I am a very fast typer and seem to always be doing paperwork for one thing or another or just utilizing social media I tend to type a considerable amount. So far my impression of this keyboard is it does have an on and off switch to conserve battery life on both the mouse bottom and the keyboard at the top right. The keys for play pause at the top of the keyboard and sound adjustments have come in handy already, and it has a calculator button that is very functional for a guy like me...It even has a PC on off button on it so you can turn your computer on and off and a home button and a mail button as well as mute and sound volume adjustments that will all be handy for a wireless keyboard. Basic normal layout for keys, but I find the Enter button is a bit lower on this keyboard for some of you faster typers it will take a bit of getting used to for that, but is a slight learning curve for what I paid for it which was relatively inexpensive so far. The keyboard itself utilizes two AAA batteries, which it might be worth buying rechargeable batteries for eventually when I figure out the battery consumption, but so far so good and it's going strong off the original Duracell batteries that came with it. The mouse takes one double A Battery. THe mouse has a scroll function, and the buttons are light and responsive and is an optically controlled mouse so less maintenance, as long as your desk is clean, but I will imagine it will have to be cleaned off once and a while either way to keep the mouse functioning properly. So far everything works great and although it's not the fanciest keyboard I've ever had, I'm very happy with it for the reasonable price. Read more
