With most vitamins / supplements its is difficult to notice any results or effects. I will say this is one of the few I have noticed. I have been taking this for about 5 months now, and it has absolutely improved my resistance to getting sick. My girlfriend has had 3 bad colds in the past 6 months, and I have for the most part resisted 2 out of the 3. The one I did end up catching I would attribute mostly to sleep deprivation, but I can say it was much less severe than what my girlfriend had.
