When I first used this shampoo I hated the smell! To me it smelt like dead ants. I guess that is rainforest-y. But I paid so much for it, I was determined to finish the bottle, and I have to be honest, it is without a doubt the best shampoo I have ever used. The bottle also lasted me just over 3 months, but I don't wash my hair every day, every second to third day was fine. I have long hair, way past my shoulders, and it is very thick.
