After the first one arrived faulty the replacement was sent out very quickly and without any cost or hassle to me. The kettle is a basic kettle and so it doesn’t have many features but that I what I was after. Simple and well made. It’s quiet during operation and doesn’t sound like an aeroplane taking off, you can see how much water is in it from the measure in the side and I like the blue light. Boiling is fairly quick and there’s a switch to open the lid which is big enough to get my hand in and clear it properly. All in all a good affordable kettle with no fuss.
