Very nice watch with some good weight to it. Everything feels solid except the chain is a bit lightweight. But that can be replaced easily if desired. Love the cut-out on the cover so the time can be seen if you look carefully. But can be a bit hard to pick out the hands position with only a quick glance. Of course, you could always open the cover for a better view. One of the really nice aspects of wearing a pocket watch - pulling it out and opening the case is a classic move that can help define you as a person of culture. one who does not necessarily conform to the majority of society. It's a very attractive item and looks excellent. The chain is a good length and quality, although about 3cm short of ideal for me. The quality and finish are really good too. The down side is that after winding it only lasts around 20mins before getting stuck or locking up and needing to be reset. Not ideal for a timepiece. Great looking watch and keeps correct time as long as I wind it every 12 hours. The watch fell on the floor twicwe since I've had it and it just kept on ticking. So I guess you could say the watch is shock-proof. Received many compliments after showing the watch to my friends. It is a nice weight. The only thing negative I can say is that it took me awhile to get used to the small, thin hour hand and minute hand when looking with the cover on. Otherwise it is a great investment for the price. This is a quite beautiful pocket watch. It is easy to wind and to set the time. The mechanisms are interesting to see, front and back. I have it setting on my desk, with a full wind it runs for 24 hours. The vendor, VIGOROSO, is honest, helpful and straightforward! They have integrity I trust them!
