Game changer. My endurance improved dramatically. I am lifting the heaviest I’ve ever lifted for this bodybuilding competition, and sometimes I have lots of reps. I feel like I have more gas in the tank and I can keep going. I don’t take preworkout and rarely drink caffeine.
