UPDATE: I got this 4 days ago and have used it every day. It was great and I really was impressed, but this morning while using it the device stopped. I thought must be the battery needs charged, I went to plug it in and it made a buzzing noise and the light did not come on. I tried plugging it in a few times, but it just made a buzzing noise. The device would not turn on. I did a return and they are sending me a free replacement. I will give it another try, hopefully it is just this one that was defective. -- I have never had a massage machine like this before and started looking for one. I like this one as it has a long handle and is easy to use myself. The other models would be I think better if someone else is using it on you (the best way to have massage), but when you are home alone this is really ideal! It would work fine too if someone else used it to give you a massage, but I got this looking for one I could use on my own. I have tried the extra attachments, but other than the half circle one for my calves I only like to use the half circle attachment. It really works best I think for everything. This is easy to use on the bottom and side of your feet (very relaxing). Also, on your low and upper back and the sides of your legs. For the back of my calves I do use the half u circle attachment as it works best. The battery came charged and I was able to use it out of the box right away. I charged it to be fully charged, but not sure I needed to. I can use it for 20 minutes and there is plenty of power left to use it again. I liked it so much I bought one for a gift already and I do think I will buy another one to give as a gift again.
