When my eyes are bothering me, I reach for my Bruder eye compress. I suffer from dry eyes and the warmth of the compress helps. This will be a spare eye compress to the original one I purchased at my eye doctor's office. I normally sit in a comfortable chair for 8 minutes with the compress over my eyes. I've been suffering with dry eyes for 2 years now and nothing works to keep them feeling moist - until my optometrist suggested this mask. Believe me it works! In the morning, I place it in a bowl then heat it in the microwave for 20 seconds, let it cool for about a minute, sit in my recliner and place it over my eyes. I stay seated for 20 minutes - by then the mask has cooled off, then I remove it. For the rest of the day, I have no problems with dryness. بعد تجربة القناع مرتين، القناع يعمل المزعوم والمطلوب، هذه ملاحظاتي بعد الاستخدام: ١- لا تأخذون بكلام التعليقات وتسخنوا القناع لأكثر من ٣٠ ثانية لان المادة اللي بالداخل راح تذوب وتخرب القناع. ٢- سبب زيادة المستخدمين لوقت التسخين هو انهم يعتقدون ان سخونة القناع بعد تسخينه المفروض يحسها بيده زي ما يحسها بعيونه وهذا خطأ، بعد وضع القناع على العيون راح تحس بالسخونة. المادة اللي بداخل القناع هي اللي تسخن مو القماش نفسه.
