I have used it with refillabke capsules, it worked, Thus liberating me from de dépendant of capsules, but there is no discussion, it works vetter with commercial capsules. Nowhere in the product description does it mention that you need to use hot water to brew espresso. Very clearly specifies on the packaging it is not the original Wacaco product. However the description says it is. Misleading when you are buying it for a present and too late to return it. It's described as a discounted giving the impression its the original product and its discounted. Not Cool. Works well overall. So that's one saving grace.! Read more
